Pour small amounts onto the floor and apply a thin coat by mop (preferably a flat-mop) into all corners and edges first. Moving backwards from the furthest part of the room, cover the floor making your way to the door.

Lay the seal down in several thin coats, with each coat applied at a 90 degree angle to the previous coat ensuring full coverage and no patches. Each coat must be allowed to completely dry before applying the next to ensure they bond effectively.

Initial Preparation:

Mop down and clean the floor using a neutral detergent. Then remove old polish or wax using an effective emulsion polish floor stripper. Ensure the surface is perfectly dry before finally sweeping the floor to remove any dust or debris.

Application:

Apply a thin even coat using a lambs-wool applicator or suitable flat-mopping system to ensure even coverage. Allow this coat to dry completely before applying a second coat. The seal will dry to a durable finish in approximately one hour if the room is well ventilated. Low temperatures or poor air circulation will slow the drying time. The floor can then be treated with an emulsion floor polish.

Not classified as hazardous, however we advise that normal hygiene practices are adopted. Wear rubber gloves when handling and avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
